She has led change with CEOs and leadership teams from all over the world, translating organizational needs into practical solutions. Previously, she was vice president of communications & social impact for satellite communications leader Viasat and led internal & executive communications, change communications, reputation and brand for the world’s largest biotechnology firm Amgen. She has led the change communications for organizational redesigns, M&A, global ERP and other software implementations. Tara started her career at award-winning global public relations firm, MSL.
